By accessing or using VoiceClone (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

3. Service Description

The Service allows you to upload voice samples and generate synthetic speech. Output quality depends on the input audio length and clarity.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and refunds on our behalf. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. License & Ownership

• You retain all rights to your uploaded audio and generated outputs.
• You grant us a limited license to process the content solely to provide the Service.
• The Service, its code and trademarks are owned by Zircon Apps LLC.

6. Consent for Voice Cloning

You must have the explicit consent of any person whose voice you upload. Uploading third‑party voices without permission is prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, harassing or defamatory content.
• Deep‑fake impersonation without disclosure or consent.
• Generation of content that infringes intellectual property.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your plan anytime in your dashboard. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zircon Apps LLC. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zircon Apps LLC. against any claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Dover courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
