This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Zricon Apps LLC ("Company", "we") will grant refunds for purchases made via VoiceClone (the "Service"). All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
2. 14‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date, provided that:
- You have generated less than 5 minutes of audio in total; and
- You have not breached our Terms of Use.
3. Subscription Renewals
Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if you have not used more than 2 minutes of generation time during the current billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number (found on your Paddle receipt).
- The email address associated with your VoiceClone account.
- A brief description of the issue.
Paddle or our support team will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5‑10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non‑Refundable Items
- Usage exceeding the limits specified in sections 2 or 3.
- Promotional credits or one‑time coupons.
- Charges older than 30 days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in‑app notifications.
