VoiceClone ("we", "us", "our") provides a voice cloning and speech synthesis platform (the "Service"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and your choices.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: name, email address, password, billing address.
• Payment Data: processed by our payment partner Paddle; we receive transaction identifiers but no full card details.
• Voice Samples & Text: audio you upload and text you input to generate speech.
• Usage Data: log files, device information, IP address, cookies.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service.
• Train private voice profiles and generate audio at your request.
• Process payments, detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Use.
• Improve and debug our models and infrastructure.
• Send administrative messages, updates and marketing (where you opt‑in).

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Paddle – Merchant of Record handling payments and taxes.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers needed to run the Service.
• Analytics and error‑tracking services (data is pseudonymized where possible).
• Law enforcement when legally required.

5. Retention

Voice samples and generated audio are stored for up to 30 days by default to let you re‑download them. You can delete samples sooner via your dashboard. Billing records are kept for the period required by law.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+), server‑side encryption at rest, least‑privilege access controls and regular penetration testing.

7. Your Rights
